Booking
As soon as we received the booking along with full payment, we will go ahead and book the flight ticket. In the meanwhile, we will send out Initial payment confirmation email to acknowledge within 48 hours of receiving your booking.
After the ticket was issued, we will send complete email along with attached flight ticket.

Normally, we issue the ticket as soon as we received your booking along with payment. Then we will send it to you.
Due to the fact that we review all bookings before processing further, it might takes sometime but no more than 48 hours.

There are certain days that some flight line doesn't run such as Myanmar New Year festival season.
Our system only allow the booking that are 2 days in advance to Travel date so that it will give us sometime to review and operate before we actually issue the Complete ticket to our customer.
Payments
We use Internationally accepted most reliable Paypal system. We do accept either credit card/ Visa/ Master or by Paypal account.
For those who still have problem making payment, you can do wire transfer to our Singapore bank account. Please contact us for more details.
Remark: we do not accept cash on arrival.
Normally, booking can't be cancelled or is non-refundable as we book and paid in full to the Flight company as soon as we received the booking from you so that we can secure the booking for our customer.
However, some flight companies allow to cancel or amend with some charges. So, depend on each flight companies’ policy, we will make amend or cancel or refund.
All cancellation and amendment request must be done by writing to our email at [email protected]. Any required refund will be made to you either in Credit Code or original form of payment received. All refunds will be in currency in which you originally paid for the booking.
